Jani started his yoga journey in 2000 with Janne Kontala, a legendary teacher and Jani’s good friend. Since then, he has been practicing Hatha and Ashtanga, as well as integrating yogic spiritual practices. He also teaches internationally, regularly visiting Gokul Yoga Bali for retreats and teacher training workshops. Mahayogi’s dedication and devotion to yoga are an inspiration for everyone who has had the chance to study yoga with him.
Masley is a trained and dedicated yoga instructor. Her practice is influenced by classical yoga covering Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga currently taught by Mahayogi Jani Jaatinen of Gokul Yoga. She teaches Hatha and Vinyasa yoga which are alignment-based so no matter the pace of the practice is, the mind finds quiet strength in becoming aware of the rhythm of the body. She is a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and has a background in community and clinical psychology. She hopes to share her knowledge in using yoga as a complementary toolkit in managing stress, anxiety, and depression.

Jooil “Julie” Jones is Gokul Yoga’s Director of Marketing and International Relations. She focuses on expanding Gokulcandra practice worldwide by assisting Mahayogi Gokukcandra Das (Jani Jaatinen) in the planning and his teaching of Gokul Yoga workshops, training sessions, and retreat programs in diverse international locations. One thing you will learn when you meet Jooil is how important it is to never lose sight of who you are. After a life-changing car accident and surgery Jooil regained her mental and physical strength as she put her whole heart and soul into her yoga journey.
