Throughout the years, she has learned making her own plant medicines, food alchemy, holistic women's health, and art and music, which eventually led her to become a yoga student. Since then, she has been in a continuous yoga study and teaching including studying in the motherland of India and Hawaii. She has then been focusing on assisting yoga training, organizing retreats, and teaching while moving around the globe.
