This 200-hour teacher training is a 14-day course composed of Yoga and Meditation. Other classes include 8 Limbs of HĀ Yoga, Chakras, Mantras, Mudras, Alignment, Adjustments, Philosophy, Lucid Dreaming, Student Teaching Sessions, Ecstatic Dance, and Gratitude Journaling. There will be Hiking, Bonfires, Shamanic Drum Journey with Breathwork, and an Andean Ceremony. Optional painting in the mountains, ice bath, sound healing, and Machu Picchu. You will also receive a free gift which is a handmade crystal necklace. This training is for aspiring teachers and beginners to experienced yoga students who want to develop an intuitive personal practice.
Each of the bungalows represents one of the seven chakra energy centers in the body. In the main lodge, there is a living room and dining room. The yoga studio is located on the top floor. This accommodation option features 3 beds and is surrounded by windows. There is also the opinions of a single or double occupancy for rooms.
This philosophy brings yoga back to its roots. You will practice beyond the physical aspects, diving deep into our inner world. HĀ Yoga truly believes in taking yoga off the mat and into your daily lives. This can not only benefit you but everyone around you!

The Founder of HĀ Yoga, has 16 years of experience in Meditation & Yoga. He has taught and trained all over the world. In addition to his yoga training, he has studied Shamanic practices while in the Amazon of Peru and received the name 'Smiling Wolf' from Don Howard. He completed the Wim Hof Method Advanced Instructor Training. He considers himself a lifelong student of nature! He also learns from teaching others. He does this through being himself and giving a genuine experience wherever he happens to be.
During this retreat, you will be served high quality, vegetarian dishes, paired with nutritional value for each chakra, and using produce grown in our own garden and from the Sacred Valley such as Quinoa, Kiwicha, maca, kaniua, and more. These dishes will reinforce the balance and harmony of each person.
