Intention of "HĀ Yoga"

Beyond the mat

This philosophy brings yoga back to its roots. You will practice beyond the physical aspects, diving deep into meditation and pranayama. HĀ Yoga truly believe in taking yoga off the mat and into our daily lives. Bringing this practice of being present and happy in our lives can not only benefit us, but everyone around us!

Paradise within

The external factors in your life don't define who you are. True paradise comes from within. Being in a state of gratitude keeps us in harmony with the universe. HĀ Yoga believes practicing gratitude daily can strengthen your optimistic outlook on life.

Awakening your dreams

HĀ Yoga's passion is to motivate you to live the life of your dreams! I know, it sounds cheesy, but the truth is you are unique, and you hold a special purpose here! The 200-hour meditation and yoga teacher training always goes above and beyond so you can focus on what fuels your fire!

HĀ Yoga loves seeing others living their dreams, so they can become free of limitations. Let's walk through this life fearlessly together. HĀ means “breath of life” in Hawaiian. Yoga means “union” in Sanskrit. The breath brings us to the present. Seeing union in everything brings us peace.

Optional Sacred Plant Medicine Ceremony:

Bringing higher awareness to your mind, body and spirit union by detaching from old patterns that limit you from being your most unique self to the world. Free yourself from ego and self-imposed limitations. Tap into your inner paradise and build a bridge to your heart and mind. Guided by Marcela a medicine woman with over 20 years experience.

Peruvian Shamanic Despacho Ceremony:

An experienced shaman from the Q'ero community will perform the despacho ceremony to mother Earth, a traditional ceremony that has been practiced for centuries in the Andes Mountains. As said in Limited Space, The Andean people believe all are connected and, as a way to show continuing appreciation and gratitude for the crops we eat, the water we drink, and the land we live on, they make an offering. The offering is a gift, charged with intention, love, reciprocity, and reverence, unifying all living energy of the physical and unseen universe.
