HĀ Yoga:

HĀ means “breath of life” in Hawaiian. Yoga means “union” in Sanskrit. Combining conscious breathing with asana (poses) helps us develop a greater capacity to receive this breath of life.

Eight limbs of yoga

  • Yama (external disciplines)
  • Niyama (internal disciplines)
  • Asana (posture for meditation)
  • Pranayama (breathwork)
  • Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses)
  • Dharana (concentration)
  • Dhyana (meditative absorption)
  • Samadhi (integration)

Beyond the mat

HĀ Yoga's philosophy brings yoga back to its roots. You practice beyond the physical aspects, diving deep into meditation and breathwork. They truly believe in taking yoga off the mat and into your daily life. Yoga is not just a destination but a continual process of arrival, and these practices are the gateway to inviting more bliss into your everyday moments.

Gratitude

Gratitude allows you to relish good experiences, improve your health, deal with adversity, and build loving relationships. Being grateful keeps you in harmony with the universe.

Awakening your dreams

Their passion is to motivate you to live the life of your dreams. You are unique, and you hold a special purpose here. They love seeing others living their dreams, so they can become free of limitations. Walk through this life fearlessly together.

Guided Breathwork Journeys

Breathwork is a powerful technique for moving and releasing stuck emotional energy. It will locate you back in your body, your heart, and the present moment. You will feel lighter, clearer, connected to your intuition, empowered, and heart-centered.

Integration

They want you to fall in love with breathwork, seamlessly integrating it into your lifestyle back at home. They ask that you fulfill integration hours after your time with them to fully complete the training. Integration hours include personal practice, teaching others, or attending breathwork sessions.
