You are most welcome to join in the course and have a life-changing experience. They will honor your presence.The 100-hour YTT is a multi-style yoga teacher training course that follows Yoga Alliance methodology. The yoga school offers both: Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa & Hatha yoga along with yoga philosophy, meditation, Pranayama, yoga anatomy and physiology.

This 100-hour YTT is either the first half of the 200-hour YTT for foundational knowledge or the second half for more advanced students. It is possible to attain a 200-hour YTT after completing both 100-hour YTT in different times. Foundational goes from the 2nd - 15th and advanced from the 16th - 29th of every month. Keep in mind that to be a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) you will need to complete both courses within one year. They recommend the students to arrive one day before the course starts.

Yoga Philosophy

Teaching methodology

A yoga teacher should efficiently perform the practical applications of class planning and preparation. At Hari Om Yoga Vidya School, students will learn how to create a positive and peaceful class environment for an enjoyable and transformative experience. You will learn:

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by Airplane

Dehradun Airport (DED) is also an airport of Rishikesh which is only 30 minutes drive. You can book your flight from Delhi to Dehradun. Hari Om Yoga Vidya School shall be happy to send transportation to pick you up from Dehradun Airport and bring you to the school.

Hari Om Yoga Vidya School can arrange transportation from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) to the school. They will meet you at the exit gate of the airport. The cost of a the transportation is 80 USD.

Arrival by Train

You can also take a train from New Delhi Train Station to Haridwar (a bigger town which is 24 kilometers from Rishikesh or 45 minutes drive). From Haridwar, Hari Om Yoga Vidya School can provide you a transfer by car to Rishikesh for 30USD.

Arrival by Bus

Being a popular tourist destination, Rishikesh has a good network of buses connecting it with important places such as Haridwar, Dehradun, and New Delhi. Buses depart in the morning and late evening from the Kashmere Gate ISBT, New Delhi for Rishikesh every day. You can choose from a regular, deluxe, or a luxurious coach.

Arrival by Taxi

Taking a taxi up to Rishikesh is worth considering, as it is connected to other cities via the National Highway 58, which is in good condition for most of the year. The drive from Delhi to Rishikesh would take approximately six to seven hours. The approximate fare from New Delhi is 80 USD and from Dehradun is 30 USD.
