This training will help you deepen and widen your knowledge of meditation and aid you as a teacher in teaching meditation worldwide. This training will consist of both theory and practical application. You will learn authentic meditation science, the philosophical and therapeutic aspects of meditation, and the teaching skill of meditation. This program combines traditional ideas with modern scientific methods of yoga practice.
