Heather Elton teaches in international yoga retreats and yoga teacher training in London, Goa, and Nepal.
Heather is the founder and director of Elton Yoga and the course coordinator. She teaches Asana, Vinyasa, Astanga, meditation, self-inquiry techniques, and teaching methodology. Astanga is taught in the Mysore tradition of Sri K Patabbhi Jois, and Vinyasa Krama (or Hatha flow), is an intelligent linking of poses - with breath and dristi - rooted in classical yogic traditions that explores the physical, mental, and subtle aspects of the practice.
Andrew teaches Anatomy and Physiology on the Nepal teacher training course. He lives in London where he teaches Astanga yoga and Hot yoga at Triyoga. He originally trained to become a doctor, but moved away from Western medicine to pursue a career as a yoga teacher and massage therapist. His current passion is using his wealth of experience as a doctor to teach anatomy and physiology on yoga teacher training courses. Andrew’s yoga teachers include Hamish Henry, Paul Dallaghan, Eileen Gauthier and Kristin Campbell.

"Nepal Yoga Adventure"
Heathers knowledge of the area, local people and the entwined evolution of yoga, Buddhism and Hinduism combined to form an amazing experience. She is also an excellent yoga teacher and accomplished photographer.
We stayed in several different places and saw nooks and crannies you would never find on your own. I felt I really got to see some of the real Nepal as well as improving my yoga asana (from a very low base!) in its cultural context rather than a British gym.
A great experience.

My life has changed drastically since I followed the teacher training. You really inspired me to follow the yogic path and to be honest and true to myself and the world around me. I am changing from a 'copy-paste' teacher into a yoga teacher that dares to teach from the heart, honest, just like you.
