How the course works

All the classes are prerecorded, not live. There are no live sessions on the course it's all prerecorded and organized as a step-by-step process.

It is up to the student what pace they want to go on and their own initiative to go through the material whenever they are available to do so. If someone does it without stopping then the course can be done in 5 days with 2 days of instruction.

Course information

Remove energy blockages from the body

There are blocks in the body that impede the flow of prana and cause disease. The practice of kriya removes these blocks.

Increase dopamine, serotonin, and endorphin level

The practice activates the parts of your brain and the brain chemicals responsible for you to have a blissful experience of the world and life itself.
