The Basic Teachings and Technical Knowledge of Yoga Akhanda and Osho is a central aspect of your Teacher Training. Students will be introduced to Yoga Akhanda Basics, Osho Active Meditations, and the lecture on Osho Zen Tarot. Teaching Methodology and professionalism and ethics in Yoga Akhanda and Osho teaching will be amply covered. We will present our Statement of Professional Standards, and explore how to become a transformational facilitator or teacher rather than just an instructor.

Your accommodation is a clean space with two rooms. One is a male room for 4 with bunk beds, lockers, and a private full bathroom. The second is a female room for 4 with bunk beds lockers and a private full bathroom. Full kitchen, Yoga Shala, common area, and patio. The metro station is within a 25-minute walk and public transportation is outside the building (taxi and bus). Even you can also rent bicycles. A few steps from the Hostel Golden Buda are the best restaurants, museum, malls, and stores.
