In Yoga Flow believe in creating a balance between lives and body. As a way to achieving this, their 200hr yoga teacher training delves into both Vinyasa Flow Yoga Ashtanga and some Yin yoga. In Yoga Flow take pride in producing teachers who have a comprehensive knowledge of these styles of yoga.
The approach is modern playful and mindful of today’s lifestyle, while at the same time drawing on centuries-old concepts. Whether you are looking to teach yoga or simply want to deepen your own practice, this teacher training will give you a solid foundation in both Vinyasa and Ashtanga.
You will benefit from an early morning pranayama practice along the course. This ancient yogic technique helps to create a deep awareness and control of the breath and awakes the life force of energy flowing through the whole body.
A deep study and practice of Ashtanga yoga is the central part of this course. You’ll create a sustainable practice of the primary series, and study in-depth all its asana and principles.
Yogic philosophy from ancient yogic texts are guidelines not only for the practice on the mat but for daily life beyond the mat. You will learn and discuss some of these principles so you can integrate them into your day to day life with ease and comfort.
While taking time to contemplate life, being, consciousness, and the universe.
A good understanding of the human body and movement, in different asanas is the key knowledge for any yoga teacher. Learn about the right alignment of asanas to ensure safe and stable practice.
A quality yoga teacher needs to be able to create a safe and supportive environment for the students. Key teaching principles and methodology will be discussed and implemented.
Practising Vinyasa yoga is fun and you will have more fun while designing and teaching your own class. Learn how to sequence an awesome yoga class and guide your students with confidence and ease.
Relax and rejuvenate with a gentle Yin practice to find the balance of internal peace. Followed with meditation, you will explore different meditation techniques to heal your body, mind, and spirit.
The schedule may change throughout the course but this is the general structure. Once one subject is complete a new subject will take its place. Each morning, In Yoga Flow, will alternate between Ashtanga and Vinyasa practice and each evening will be alternated between Yin and Vinyasa practice
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a 200hr certificate from the school which eligible to register with Yoga Alliance.
Clint is a ERYT 200 & RYT 500 Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher, as well as the lead trainer and owner of In Yoga Flow. His yoga journey started with a spinal injury which he managed to heal through yoga. From this discovery, his love of yoga was formed and his journey led him to India where he underwent several trainings. Since then he has taught 1000's of classes and on many teacher trainings in India. With a huge focus on alignment, adjustments and the body through anatomy and his personal journey, he thrives on sharing his love and knowledge of yoga to students all across the globe.
Hollie has undertaken more than 3 different teacher trainings in the past, specializing in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yin. Her yoga journey started, not for the physical aspect of the practice but to quiet and calm her mind and give her a sense of grounding in her life as she roamed the planet. She has spent the last 5 years teaching and training in Bali where is lives, running her own retreat business, managing studios, assisting on TTCS and teaching 1000's of classes. She combines elements of all her trainings and has created her own unique intreated teaching style.
Monika is a 200 and 100hr Ashtanga and Vinyasa RYT, and a 100 hour Yin Yoga teacher. She is also engaged in a deep meditation practice and teaching with her Indian master, Swami-ji. Her yoga practice began over five years ago and completely changed her life, going through a deep spiritual transformation and committed to deliver the best of herself to facilitate this transformation for others. Since leading a nomadic life-style she has been teaching in all around the world delivering classes in English, French and Slovakian.
In Yoga Flow is located on the stunning paradise of Island of Gili Air, a short boat ride away from Bali. Removed from the hustle and bustle of neighboring Bali, with a backdrop of mountains and volcanoes, fringed by palm trees, crystal clear turquoise waters, and white sandy beaches, Gili Air is the perfect paradise island to truly relax, unwind, and connect with yourself and the slower pace of life. In Yoga Flow is conveniently located at Salim Cottage and Raja Restaurant on the eastern beach of the Island. It is just close by all amenities and the ocean within eyesight just footsteps away. They have everything on-site including bungalows, yoga shala, restaurant, bar, and swimming pool.
Healthy and delicious local and Western cuisines will be provided throughout the duration of the teacher training in the on-site restaurant. There is something for everyone - whether your a vegan, veggie, pescatarian or just eating anything. You would not go hungry here! In Yoga Flow provide all 3 meals a day on-site at your convenience. You will get to choose from an extensive menu so you do not have to eat the same things over and over.

Please book your flight to arrive at Lombok International Airport (LOP) or Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).
On arrival at Lombok International Airport (LOP), you will need to take a taxi to 'Bangsal port', (approximately 2 hours drive) where you can take a small public boat, (approximately 15-minute ride) to Gili Air. The boats to the island operate between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please note if your flight arrives late into Lombok airport (after 3:00 p.m.) you will need to find accommodation in Lombok to stay for 1 night before you make your way to Padang Bai the following day to catch the ferry. Once you arrive at Gili Air please make your way to 'Salim Cottage and Raja Restaurant' either by foot or take a cart.
On arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), you will need to take a taxi or driver to 'Padang Bai' where you can take a ferry to Gili Air. The ferries to the island operate between 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Please note that if your flight arrives late into Bali airport (after 1:00 p.m.), you will need to find accommodation in Bali to stay for 1 night before you make your way to Padang Bai the following day to catch the ferry. Once you arrive at Gili Air please make your way to 'Salim Cottage and Raja Restaurant' either by foot or take a cart.
