The IYS offers a 300-Hour Yoga TTC course that works for all levels of the spirit, mind, and body. This program will help you to improve your flexibility and strength. After completing the 300-Hour Yoga TTC program the students will receive 500-Hours YTT Certification.

Accommodation

During this training, you will be staying at Indian Yoga School in a double room. The campus of Indian Yoga School is a traditional ashram which will help the students and practitioners imbibe themselves into the spirit of yoga. Accommodation to students is provided at the nearby clean, hygienic either shared / or single occupancy rooms at the modern apartments since the ashram accommodation is completely booked. The accommodation is only for students opting for the teacher training course.
