"An experience of a lifetime"
The accommodation, the food, the instructors, the awesome group of yoga students and all those who worked at the retreat. It really was a five star experience!
When you take your yoga teacher training with Inner Yoga, you’ll be surrounded by the beauty and peacefulness of nature, and based on my experience here, I can say that it really helps you stay focused and motivated on your yoga practice. It’s really a bonus that you get to enjoy the majestic view while you practice yoga.
Also, the people working here are really, really warm, helpful, and accommodating. You have whatever you need—the food, the luxury, the complete facilities for your practice, the comfortable accommodation, even the warm company of trainers, locals, and fellow students… It’s just perfect! It felt like my newfound home. It’s always clean, and I never encountered any problems or stress during my stay, allowing me to completely focus on my practice.
The yoga teacher training was really intensive and pretty challenging but with Inner Yoga, the beauty, warmth, and love that surrounded me during my stay made the journey fun and enjoying
I chose to come to Inner Yoga for my Yoga Teacher Training primarily because I have many friends who’ve been here and tried it before, and they expressed what a beautiful experience, and peace-loving environment they had. And I thought, yeah, that’s the best place to experience a yoga retreat. I chose a more intensive yoga training with Inner Yoga, rather than something that would be recreational because I felt that in order to truly grow as a yoga practitioner, I needed to have a practice that I could commit to, that I could be very focused with, and would allow me to grow physically and spiritually more. I felt that an intensive yoga training with Inner Yoga would offer that for me, and it did.
Everyday in the training is really, really challenging starting after the first week, but I highly, absolutely recommend it for that same reason, same experience. You have to keep reminding yourself why you’re there and what you’re going to gain out of it, knowing that there will be ups and downs. You just have to be prepared. It’s not an easy challenge, but it’s a challenge and that is why you do it.
I am so grateful to have deepened my yoga practice and teaching with Inner Yoga. A wonderful balance of Vinyasa and Yin yoga, with experienced and knowledgeable teachers guiding us through our practice and building our skills and confidence to teach.
Daily pranayama, asana, meditation, workshops, lectures and resources provided amongst a beautiful, serene retreat centre. We were guided through concepts of traditional Chinese medicine, anatomy and philosophy, giving us a strong foundation to build an understanding of yoga practice and enrich our teaching. What more could you ask for? The staff at Azadi are very friendly and provide delicious vegetarian meals. The rooms comfortable and cleaned daily.
I have finished my training feeling confident to teach Vinyasa and Yin yoga, with new friends that feel like family, with a heightened sense of self and full of excitement to continue on my yoga journey. Thank you to everyone at InnerYoga that made this experience possible
The Inner Yoga 200 hour teacher training course was an incredible experience. Georgina and Jose are knowledgeable and passionate trainers who guided us through the course in a supportive, professional and inclusive environment. Not only did the teachers and trainers share their knowledge and personal experiences, they gave us the tools needed to deepen our own practice and the confidence to begin teaching Vinyasa and Yin yoga to others. I feel honoured to have been able to share my journey with such a wonderful group of people!
I've loved every minute of it; the good times and the hard times. I have learnt an incredible amount about my own practice and how I can help others. I've met amazing people with beautiful perspectives in life that help motivate me. Thank you Inner Yoga!
