In this course, you will cover holistic yoga asana and pranayama, shatkarma, meditation, pranayama, and body anatomy. With a holistic approach, you will also cover traditional Indian Ayurvedic science to understand the body from within and cure the diseases or any kind of Doshas using Indian traditional Ayurvedic system and natural ingredient knowledge.
This training is now possible thanks to the new technology which helps us to share this ancient and authentic knowledge through these online programs.
Students who complete their training before December 2021 are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
This training takes place online from the comfort of your own home via Zoom. There will be 6 hours of live sessions daily, from Monday to Saturday. No classes on Sunday.
All live sessions will be recorded for people who cannot join live sessions due to time differences. Students can watch the recordings of live sessions at their convenience. Ishavasyam Yoga School will provide course material, PDF books, and videos of practices, and live questions and answers sessions on appointment. There will be online practical and written exams at the end of the course.
The live class schedule will be based on the agreement between the students and the school. Please note that all times are based on IST/GMT+5:30.

Kanupriya Rawat holds Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has done a certification course in yoga.
