Jai yoga is a dynamic, breath based, Vinyasa flow coupled with contemplative wisdom from the yoga sutras and many sources of eastern philosophy. Jai yoga has two core principles. The first is energetic alignment which is where alignment comes from within and happens naturally, with single pointed mental focus and abundant and tamed breath. The second is that yoga is truly about relationships. The point of the practice is to bring strength, flexibility, and love to your relationship with yourself, your family, friends, co-workers, and world. This does not mean becoming passively peaceful. It means living positively, truthfully, open, and free.
