The Spa Koh Chang Resort has villa cottages and rooms, well-designed in a natural, tropical style. All rooms include full amenities and appliances, making your stay more relaxed and comfortable. In their natural surroundings, it will make you feel like paradise in the wild.

Revitalize in the sea salt swimming pool, far infrared sauna, eat yourself healthy with the daily buffet meals from the in-house Radiance restaurant. Special therapies such as Thai massage are also available for your experience.

Lower hill cottage room

A lower story of the two-story building, each room has the total area of 40 square meters. There are two separated single beds, which are suitable for family and friends.

Both upper and lower hill cottage rooms are well furnished in simply natural style, cable TV, DVD player with free borrowed DVD movies at the reception area, individually controlled air-conditioning, safety deposit box, refrigerator with a bottle of drinking water per person daily, tea making facility with complimentary herbal tea, bath tub, hot water, bath room amenities, bath robes, slippers, umbrella, torch, reading lamp, hair dryer, and foot massager.

Mini fitness

Work out your muscle and get rid of internal toxin with the outdoor workout instrument in the mini fitness room.

Oriental room

A standard room of 26 square meters, there are four rooms shared in a building. This room type is highly recommended for a single stay. These rooms has queen sized bed room in a shared building with cable TV, individually controlled air-conditioning, hot shower and bath room amenities, refrigerator with a bottle of drinking water per person daily, safety deposit box, tea making facility with complimentary herbal tea, slippers, umbrella, torch, reading lamp, and colema board.

Swimming pool

The naturally-treated swimming pool is equipped with raised Jacuzzi bath and spa jets for muscular massage. Sea salt is what they use for water treatment. No chlorine or chemical added to prevent the damage on your respiratory system caused by the effect of chlorine intake and for a healthy skin.

Upper hill cottage room

The upper hill cottage room is located on the top story of the two-story building with a widee room (size 45 square meters), including back and front balconies with a double bed, suitable for a couple or family.

Yoga hall

The shala is big enough for up to 30 members. Surrounded by peaceful environment, this yoga building is suitable for any level of yoga practice. It is good not only for physical exercise, but also emotional healing and searching for inner peace.

Training program

This unique program is an immersion into the eight limb Ashtanga yoga lineage, set by sages over 5000 years ago, which include six sequences developed for deepest transformation on all levels. This course focuses on series one Ashtanga which is specific to realigning the whole physical body.

There will be an inversion, strength, and handstand workshop daily as a means to assist in accessing breath and alignment for essential energetics within the yoga practice. Yin or Restorative yoga practice is also introduced and Saturday classes are sequencing practicums, focused on using the Ashtanga sequence as a base to create power yoga classes, so that upon graduating, you will be able to teach a variety of styles that are in high demand in today's yoga industry.

There is much opportunity for practical experience teaching in daily teaching practicums and students advance with many insights and progressive practice and teaching techniques. The methodology consists of learning the healing, therapeutic, and beneficial effects of asanas within the Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series, which will help you develop your own self-practice and specific therapeutic sequences for others with Ashtanga Vinyasa as your powerful foundation.

You will learn skills to create unique classes that will help you address and support people at varying levels of their practice, coupled with skills that enable, encourage, and inspire others. Profound teachings on the conclusion or goal of yoga from the Vedanta Sutras are also a large focus. The course is designed so that students will graduate with a discerning and penetrating philosophical understanding of the 'spiritual' aspects of yoga and the meaning of existence and creation according to Vedic yogic teachings.

    Radhika's teachings draw from a 20-year background exploring yoga lineages, studying and teaching in India extensively. Her predominant style is dynamic vinyasa based on Ashtanga vinyasa with a focus on optimum breath and mindful alignment. Her students attest her expertise in catering to individual levels and needs. She has held positions as the leading yoga therapist for NZ's Olympic athletes and the Australian Federal police and her work has been used in the prominent Yoga Woman film and other advertising campaigns.

Feed yourself healthy in a tranquil atmosphere of sea and lush tropical rain forest setting. There is a large selection of gourmet raw food, vegan, and vegetarian options to choose from the in-house Radiance restaurant.

Selected as one of the 50 "best restaurants in the world" by UK-based restaurant magazine, they are famous for the best vegetarian, vegan, and healthy food in Koh Chang. What you will find in their menu are vegan, vegetarian, raw food vegan, breakfast in style, as well as international and Thai specialties. Due to students varying dietary requirements and tastes, meals are purchased separately.

Daily resort trips to the nearest attractions are available and optional. Bicycle and kayaks are also provided for you to use during your free time.

The natural spa inside the resort has three buildings located near the swimming pool. The first of the three building is the massage sala, on top is their colema center, and DVD room on the lower floor. The second building is their herbal steam with outdoor cool water shower for a refreshing hot bath.

The little rock cabin topped with recycled old wooden shingle roof can serve more than 15 Thai herbs and proper temperature steam. You can feel fresh, relaxed, and sweaty and your internal toxin could be eliminated through the skin, which is very good for cleansing and detox. Below are some of the treatments offered at the spa facility.


Ampuku is a massage given to enhance fasting with traditional Japanese therapy. It work on the hara (abdomen) and acupressure points at the back for better elimination.

Classical Thai massage

Enjoy two hours of relaxing Thai massage to correct major energy imbalances that may have developed into some forms of symptom.

Far infrared sauna

Dry heat raise up your body temperature from inside and a highly effective process for body cleansing. The ultrasonic frequency of infrared wave has almost the same frequency as the fluid inside human bodies that will lead to an internal tissue vibration. Thus, the attachment of toxin molecule will be loosed and dumped out of the body tissue to blood steam, waiting for being got rid off from your body.

Relaxing herbal oil massage

During this treatment, natural massage oil applied with soft and gentle stroke of Thai massage with your choice of aroma oil (lavender, orange, peppermint, etc).

Thai massage

VIP steam room and massage

There is a minibus trip from Bangkok to the resort that includes one ferry ride for seven to 10 people that will take five to six hours.
