You will be accommodated nearby Karuna Yoga, within walking distance. You will be able to choose from a private single room, a private triple room, or a shared triple room. The rooms are provided with bed sheets, blankets, and pillows.

There is hot and cold water running for the shower, a washing machine, and there is also free Wi-Fi. It should be noted that men and women dormitories are separated. Couples are also not allowed to share rooms during the course.

Karuna Yoga Vidya Peetham offers 200-hour intense and residential yoga teacher training course that meets the standards of Yoga Alliance in the world-renowned yoga Institute Bangalore, where importance will be given for both theories as well as practice. 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training is designed in such a manner that you will be direct towards the deep knowledge of your physical, mental, and spiritual being.

All the modules taught meet and exceed Yoga Alliance requirements. Karuna Yoga Vidya Peetham comprehensive course schedule includes Hatha yoga at beginners and intermediate level asana practice, asana alignment, pranayama, advanced topics of yoga theory, anatomy and yoga sutra.
