Pre-application requirements

This course is open to all students who wish to deepen their knowledge and application of some of the highest teachings of yoga. Participants do not need to be yogis. Mastery of any yoga practice is not required. Only your sincere desire for knowledge and your commitment to personal are needed. Love for yoga is the most important eligibility factor for learning this course. Students who want to know yoga in totality and move beyond asana and pranayama, Mudra, and Bandha. You will need:

  • Yoga mat
  • Computer or smartphone with camera
  • Internet connection
  • Yoga blocks
  • Pillow, bolster, or cushion
  • Strap
  • Notebook and pen
  • Zoom

How the training works

This 50-hour online course consists of 20 hours of live sessions and 30 non-contact hours for self-study. It is flexible so you can complete it within 30 days or more. After booking, you will receive a link to access the classes through Zoom. Without submitting the required assignments, you will not receive a certification.
