About the Training

Discover the art of teaching and embodying yoga through two complementary practices: Aerial Yoga, a playful and strength-building style that elevates your perspective, and Yin Yoga, a meditative and grounding practice that unlocks deep tension and energetic flow.

Aerial Yoga

Practice yoga while suspended in a soft fabric hammock 2–3 feet off the ground, giving you a whole-body workout while decompressing the spine and joints. Aerial Yoga increases flexibility, builds strength, and adds an element of fun and freedom to your practice.

This 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training takes place in the serene village of Palolem, nestled in Canacona, South Goa—a region known for its peaceful energy, lush tropical landscapes, and golden beaches. It’s where soulful seekers and nature lovers come together to breathe, move, and transform.

Wake up to gentle sea breezes and practice yoga on soft sands or in our open-air shalas, surrounded by palm trees and birdsong. Mornings begin with mindful movement, afternoons invite quiet reflection over wholesome Ayurvedic meals, and evenings offer magical sunsets, soulful satsangs, and candlelit meditations under the stars.

The meals follow Ayurvedic principles, focusing on saatvik and rajasik food, which promote balance, clarity, and energy. Each dish is created to be not just nourishing, but also satisfying to the soul and calming to the mind.

  • All meals (3 per day except on Sundays) during the course are included in your package.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Fly into Goa International Airport (Dabolim Airport - GOI). Kashish Yoga will provide a free shuttle pickup on the first day of the course at three fixed times:

  • 08:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM
  • 04:00 PM

Important: If you’re arriving on a different date or time, a private pickup can be arranged for 35 EUR. Please let us know in advance. Should you choose to arrive at the MOPA airport (around 3 hours away from the ashram), then the pickup will be charged at 70 EUR.

Arrival by train

  • The closest railway station is Canacona, just 10–15 minutes from our campus.

However, Madgaon (Margao) Station is the major hub and better connected. From there:

  • A taxi to the campus takes about 1 hour and costs approx. ₹2200
  • You can also take a bus from Madgaon Bus Stand to Canacona, then a short rickshaw ride (₹150) to campus.

Arrival by bus

Long-distance buses from Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore run regularly to Madgaon.

From Madgaon:

  • Take a local bus to Canacona
  • From the Canacona bus station, grab a rickshaw to reach the campus for approx. 150 INR
