Discover the art of teaching and embodying yoga through two complementary practices: Aerial Yoga, a playful and strength-building style that elevates your perspective, and Yin Yoga, a meditative and grounding practice that unlocks deep tension and energetic flow.
Practice yoga while suspended in a soft fabric hammock 2–3 feet off the ground, giving you a whole-body workout while decompressing the spine and joints. Aerial Yoga increases flexibility, builds strength, and adds an element of fun and freedom to your practice.

His arsenal includes everything from Asana styles to yoga anatomy, meditation techniques to alignment mastery.

Yureimi has been on her yogic path for 22 years and teaching professionally for 12. A former dancer, she blends her love for movement with her passion for Acro Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and yoga philosophy. She believes yoga offers something for everyone and focuses her classes on balance, strength, flexibility, and self-confidence. Deeply connected to art, Yureimi brings creativity and heart to her teaching, inspiring students to explore both body and spirit through yoga.
Shruti views yoga as a path to inner harmony and self-discovery. With 8 years of practice and 6 years of teaching, she blends mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment in her classes. Rooted in compassion and accessibility, her teaching encourages self-awareness, balance, and personal growth. Based in Goa, Shruti inspires students to connect deeply with themselves, embracing yoga as a way of life that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
Chris gained her experience in different countries in Mexico, India, Germany, Italy and France. She is a certified 500-hours yoga teacher and has been trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, SUP Yoga and Yoga-Dance. She has also studied physiotherapy which gives her a solid foundation in functional anatomy. She integrates the hand pan into her meditation sessions, which creates unique and enriching experiences for her students.
For Valeria, yoga is healing. It helped her overcome anxiety and depression, inspiring her to teach. With 10 years of practice and 7 years of teaching, she guides others toward a better quality of life. Valeria teaches Vinyasa, Acro, SUP Yoga, Yin, and Aerial Yoga, combining strength, play, and restoration. Her classes focus on ahimsa, positive affirmations, and mindful use of props. She promotes self-care as a sacred, empowering practice that transforms both body and mind.

Fly into Goa International Airport (Dabolim Airport - GOI). Kashish Yoga will provide a free shuttle pickup on the first day of the course at three fixed times:
Important: If you’re arriving on a different date or time, a private pickup can be arranged for 35 EUR. Please let us know in advance. Should you choose to arrive at the MOPA airport (around 3 hours away from the ashram), then the pickup will be charged at 70 EUR.
