Kashish Yoga retreat has two spacious yoga shalas for classes as well as individual practices. There is a massage room, sitting area, dining area, Wi-Fi connection, a small library to expand your mind, not to mention all the Goan sunshine and fresh air to revive and rejuvenate you as you immerse deeply in the practice of yoga. Your safety is on top of Kashish Yoga minds so this retreat is completely secured with security personnel and the whole retreat is built in a manner that it offers a lot of privacy. Therefore, be at ease always, wear whatever you feel like, and be yourself.
New rooms at Yoga Annexe is available from December 2017 onwards. Yoga Annexe is at a walking distance from the retreat.
The center facilities include 20 bamboo cottages that can accommodate up to 50 participants, eco-friendly bamboo huts and elegant rooms, yoga hall fully equipped with yoga mats, props, music system, speaker, and LCD projector, open-sided dining area, reception, admin block, and laundry service. The room facilities include a blanket, mosquito net, comfortable mattress and pillow, weekly housekeeping, and private bathroom with western toilet.

Kashish Yoga yoga certification courses are devised after an in-depth study of yoga texts and having years of experience in yoga techniques.
You will cover the most important aspect of yoga by building a bridge between East and West, between science and spirituality, between practice and teaching.
In this 200-hour yoga teacher training, Kashish Yoga teaches a multi-style yoga practice including Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga (dynamic flow), Yin yoga, Sivananda, and many other traditions of India. In this manner, students have the option of choosing their own style of yoga practice and teaching in future. Kashish Yoga also emphasizes on therapeutic aspect of yoga, so that students who are suffering from the disease can join them for their own benefits and also for the help of others.
Kashish Yoga has redefined a curriculum as per the international standards of Yoga Alliance USA coupled with their own expertise in the field of yoga. The prime objective is to prepare the future teachers physically and spiritually ready to practice and teach by themselves. Kashish Yoga will lay down the foundations to become a successful and well-rounded yoga teacher.
The main areas that you cover in the program will be will be classified in five modules: Yoga teaching techniques, teaching methodology and yogic lifestyle, philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and practice.
There will be one dolphin trip or eagle feeding trip included.
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 (Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga)
Akhilesh is an E-RYT 500-hours yoga instructor with a decade of yoga teaching experience in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. In his classes, he loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a bit of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. He seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing the body, mind, and soul with yoga. His hope is that people step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
Adriana’s approach to the asana technique is focusing on the architecture of the pose encouraging the student to find the precision of the alignment within the expression of their own body. Also, she embraces the multi-dimensional and evolutionary aspect of yoga, incorporating it in all aspects of her life, from practicing and teaching to her everyday interactions with others. She has had an extensive yoga education with teachers coming from both traditional and experimental approaches: Eileen Gauthier, Rolf Naujokat, Ian Lewis, Duncan Wong and The Yoga People.
Alan has completely dedicated himself to the Ashtanga yoga since 2011. He has experienced the differences within the yoga practice in USA, Canada, India, Italy, and during the path, has acquired several new tools for the deeper understanding of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa. He trained and practiced as teacher mostly in Italy and India (in Rishikesh Hatha, Iyengar yoga and Mysore Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga from the continuer of the original lineage Sharat Jois). His classes are aimed to bring the practitioner to the experience of the Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore Style.
Alonso's yogic journey started in 2003 during his contemporary dance studies. Alonso started practicing Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga and it took no time for him to fall in love with such a great-powerful discipline. He devoted 2 years in intense practice and then took up a 360 hours Teacher Training Course in Yogashala School, Chile. Alonso believes in teaching the Mysore style of Ashtanga Yoga as is taught by its founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. As a professional dancer, he learned to fuse his creativity and passion into the creation of dance or movement and meditation sequences and yoga practice.
Laura attended regular classes and developed her personal practice. However, the desire grew more and more and she wanted to connect with yoga on a spiritual level. Thus, she took her first major step and completed a YTTC at Anusara Teacher Training in the UK. The journey continued as she traveled to India and dived deep to study traditional Hatha yoga. She completed an intensive teacher training course while experiencing ashram life. Her love of yoga has led her on a long journey of teaching over the past nine years.
Susan is an 850 hours multi-style certified yoga instructor from Sydney, Australia. Yoga has become her lifeline such that being on the mat now gives her immense peace and contentment beyond all her other passions. She has tasted the many different approaches to yoga, stayed in ashrams on the Ganga, and shut herself off from the outside world on silent vipassana retreats. While she has a natural affinity for the creativity and mindful movement of Vinyasa and the quiet acceptance of Yin, Susan has finally found her wings with Aerial yoga. Be prepared to fly with her!
Susheel started walking on his yoga path more than 12 years ago. After an initial few classes, he delved deeper into traditional Hatha yoga courses at the School of Yoga (Hyderabad University) and later got himself certified by the Yoga Alliance in Vinyasa style. Ever since then, he has always been thrilled to experience new dimensions of yoga. He has taken up the mission to impart this venerable yogic lifestyle to the people who wish to adapt a healthy and conscious living. He teaches Hatha, vinyasa style of yoga along with meditation and yoga philosophy.

Keeping in mind the nutritional values and following the guidelines of ayurvedic science, Kashish Yoga has prepared a wide spread of vegetarian sattvik food which satisfied not only the taste of tongue but also the soul and mind. They also try their best to cater to vegan and gluten requirements.
Please book your flight to arrive at Goa International Airport (GOI). Transfer from the airport is included. Kashish Yoga will pick you up from the airport.
Buses from Mumbai is available for Margoa.
You can also reach Patnem by train. The nearest station is in Canacona, although main train services stop at Margao station, which is approximately one hour away. Margao station is 40 minutes away and costs 600 to 700 INR by taxi. From Canacona, it will cost you around 50 to 100 INR in an auto rickshaw.
