This online 200-hour self-paced yoga teacher training course is a program designed to provide you with fundamental skills and confidence to teach yoga based on Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa lineages led by incredible team of yoga masters from India. The program is divided into four modules to cover the most important aspects of yoga.
It is important to have a base to make the most out of the training, but everyone is coming to yoga with a different background. The most important thing is your passion and dedication to your own personal practice. You will need a webcam or smartphone with a camera and internet connection. You can also use your iPad or other mobile devices to complete this training.
Students who complete their training before 31 December 2021 are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
In this self-paced course, there are approximately 90 hours recorded and two hours live session per week, mostly scheduled in the weekend, which are also recorded and available to you to be able to view them for the next 16 weeks. The course begins once you enroll and you can complete the course in a minimum period of 45 days. It is a mixture of video, audio, reading, writing, and live group participation. You will be getting personal feedback and attention to ensure your success. During some of the live sessions, you will receive feedback and tips to make sure that your alignment is safe.
All the material will be recorded and available to be played whenever you want, and as many times as you like. At the end of the program, you will have to pass the online exam or complete the final project. Additionally, you will be able to test your knowledge through quizzes and receive feedback during live sessions. The course is designed in a way to give you the comfort of doing it at your own pace. You could complete it in 30 days where you would need to spend around four hours a day or extend it up to six months.
Please note that you will have 2 live sessions per a week, mostly during weekends.
