"Kaya is a very experienced and advanced teacher and can guide the students in the correct and safe way. It's encouraging and inspiring to be part of her class. Not only covering the therapeutic aspects of yoga, she is also teaching about the anatomy, history of yoga, and spiritual aspects of yoga. When you attend the class you feel like you are in the control cabin of a plane, you don't know how to make the plane fly but she guides you very good through the teaching process, so when you take the control you kind of know what to do next. For sure it needs a lot of practice on your own but having correct guidelines is a must."

"From being Kaya's client, first I would say patient, because I have severe health issue, and now I became her student. Speaking as a patient: Kaya's yoga therapy allowed me to get rid of my constant pain, she gave me tools, so now I know exactly what to do when I do not feel well and I know how exactly to fix any of my conditions very quickly. I got incredible results in a very short time. First thing she did was to create trust and confidence between us. Her guidance was always very clear and precise. Her main principle always was do no harm! Speaking as her student: Kaya's main principles are: health safety is a priority, create eco-friendly relationship with clients and students, create very friendly, supportive and confident environment in class, learn to listen to your body, understand the link between body, mind and spirit, be mindful about this union, and work on your awareness. The instructions are always very clear. The learning process with her is very deep, detailed and enjoyable! Her voice is very calming and soft, movements and adjustments are very gentle. Which is very important especially when you are a person in pain with tough physical or psychological issues."

Kaya has extensive knowledge of therapeutic applications of yoga and ensure that her student understand how they can help their clients. The training covers in-depth physiology and alignments to ensure a safe practice. It also covers yoga philosophy in a very open-minded manner to make it approachable and digestible. This training has had a tremendous impact on my life, and not only on the mat! I highly recommend it for people who want to develop a safe home practice or ensure that their teaching will be sound and helpful to their clients."

"I've had very professional yoga classes on an almost fairytale like location. We have made beautiful walks in a country where one can walk for a few hours without meeting anyone. The daily meals brought me a new flavor sensation every time and were also healthy and detoxifying for my body. This combination, plus the loving attention of an experienced young woman with a wise spirit has had a beneficial and healing effect on both my body and mind. This holiday has brought my energy back, has helped me to find back my inner strength, and has brought me in contact with a beautiful human being. Thank you for all of this Kaya!"

"I recently completed a 3-day yoga or meditation course with Kaya Peters at her beautiful retreat in the Algarve. My sessions were for 2 hours in the morning and about an hour in the afternoon. We also did plenty of walking in between sessions. It was very hard work but Kaya is a great teacher. She immediately picked up on my bad posture and continued to remind me every time I slouched the wrong way. I learned some wonderful breathing techniques and asked Kaya if we could concentrate on just a few postures that I could continue with by myself afterwards. I was surprised how quickly it became comfortable to sit on the floor cross-legged for 15 minutes of meditation. During my first morning session I found it quite difficult, but by the afternoon session it was already easier. I just can't believe how good I felt at the end of every day and especially after the 3-day course was complete. This was the uplifting experience I had been looking for. I felt cleansed, invigorated, and happy. Kaya had really listened to me when I told her what I wanted to get out of this course. The best news is that I completed this course five weeks ago and I have managed to do meditation and yoga at least every other day. In fact I rarely miss a day! Thank you Kaya!"

"Hi Kaya, I have been back to Paris a few days and there are amazing changes happening! On my way back to Paris, an idea came to my mind, I want to try to be a part of a healing energy, I can live as a healing agent. First I think of healing myself. I felt that during the week, I came out of the big portion of dark energy of depression, I feel lighter doing yoga when I came back to Paris. Then I think I can start to be the agent of healing for my own family, I called my mom on Tuesday, I shared a story with her, and for the first time in a hundred years, my mom shared a story with me too: It was about a woman who got breast cancer level 3 in her 50s, she got a successful operation and she started to sing everyday, now she is in her 70s and she sings quite well. I am so happy that my mom and me talk like this and we support each other. Wednesday, I sent messages to my brother, I told him that I wish to have normal communication with my own brother while we are both living. I gave him my number of WeChat, and today, Thursday, he added me. In the message of the friend request, he wrote: I'm your brother. Kaya, I believe you can understand how important these changes are to me, how joyful I am to live these happening. I want to share with you, because I believe the yoga week with you and the group helped me, thank you, Kaya. I wish the best for you. I wish good luck to you and your yoga journey. big hug."

"I had already noticed this young woman with her incredible charisma in the spring of 2011 in Portugal. I spoke to her and after an interesting conversation we exchanged email adresses. This is how it happened, that after some months had passed, I booked a private yoga retreat with her. Kaya lives in a place of peace in the middle of a natural parc in the beautiful Portuguese Algarve. She offered me a very professional yoga beginners course, which was tailored to my individual needs. I could not have wished for more! Kaya is very empathic and the whole setting of the workshop could not have been better. She really gave my life a new impuls again! When Kaya told me some of her personal history it became clear to me once and for all: She is a "powerfrau" (powerwoman)!"

"My husband and I attended the Holistic Health Retreat in Cascade Resort in Lagos in May this year. We cannot speak highly enough about the idyllic location of the retreat or the incredible care and attention we received during our stay from the hotel staff, but most especially Kaya Peters. Kaya is a very warm and sensitive teacher who tailored the programme perfectly to suit our abilities as both yoga beginners and myself as an expectant first time mother. Thanks to Kayas generosity of time and support in addition to the delicious personalized wellness meals prepared for us each day we came home feeling rejuvenated both in body and mind. Our eyes have been opened to a new way of living."
