Nature immersion and off-grid yoga teacher training

This program is designed to support students in an authentic natural learning environment, where you will totally immerse in the study, deepen your practice, and truly feel the mountains. The yoga space is natural. Prepare for practicing on a surface that is not as consistently flat as your home studio!

The program is designed to follow the following elements:

  • Traditional and modern ethics of yoga
  • Meditation
  • Anatomy
  • Yoga philosophy
  • Business
  • Nutrition
  • Development of authentic practice
  • Asanas

Your days will be diverse! They will not be all on the mat. You will not be all in the books. The program is intended to be immersive and inspiring. You will move, engage in fulfilling discussions, support one another, and celebrate all that nature has to offer - uninterrupted.

What to expect

Expect a supportive peer group, and the school will appreciate this from you too! Arriving with a sense of adventure and dedication to a remarkable experience will be really appreciated. The aim is to form a positive and uplifting learning space out in the forest!

What the training will cover

The 200-hour certified yoga foundations course is designed to deepen your practice and give you the tools to guide your very own dynamic, original, safe, and well-rounded yoga class upon graduation.

Practice, practice, practice will be the central theme for this 15 day-long training. With daily practice of asanas, pranayama, and meditation, as well as engagement in discussion, debate, and discourses, the aim is to go beyond the theoretical and to embody the multidimensional yoga experience.

After graduation, students / teachers will be teaching from personal experiences rather than a memorized script.
