This lakefront experience allows students to completely immerse themselves in nature and in the study. The base will be located on a quiet beachfront property, at the south end of Christina Lake, British Columbia. Accessible by car, directly on the shores and peaceful beyond imagination. Experience a true disconnection from life and reconnection to nature and self! Deepen your practice in the beautiful town of Christina Lake, British Columbia!
Students in the program will have the option to stay directly on the lake in either shared or private rooms, or in a cabin located about 300 meters off the water. All students will have access to enjoying campfires at the cabin or the hot tub at the main lakeside property. The majority of the yoga and studies will be done in the lakeside property, but you will move between the two throughout the day!
The natural beauty of Christina Lake is remarkable. Crystal clear freshwater, old-growth forests, creeks running in the distance, and the sounds of chipmunks and birds in the distance.

This course is designed to deepen your practice and give you the tools to guide your very own dynamic, original, safe, and well-rounded yoga class upon graduation. Practice, Practice, Practice will be the central theme for this 15 day-long training. Daily practice of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and by engaging in discussion, debate, and discourses the aim is to go beyond the theoretical and to embody the multidimensional yoga experience. After graduation student/teachers will be teaching from personal experiences rather than a memorized scripted

Sarah is a fun loving adventure seeking yogi with a passion for travel and learning. With an extensive teaching history and a true desire to spread the love of wellness, Sarah brings a fun and relaxed approach to learning.
Students will be staying waterfront, in the southern area of the lake. Students will have the choice of the lakefront base or a cabin located a few hundred meters off the lake. Known to be the warmest tree-lined lake in Canada, Christina Lake is a fantastic lake to swim in or just relax along the shore.
The team will be providing students with private or shared accommodations based on preference. All of the bedding and necessary items will be provided. Students will be responsible for maintaining their personal space throughout the training.
This program will be supported with a wholesome, home prepared menu and can accommodate most dietary requirements. As this is a cabin experience, you can anticipate fresh simple meals comprised primarily of local ingredients.
Three meals daily will be provided to students. Meals will be prepared with attention to balanced nutrition, dietary requirements, and fresh local ingredients.

Please book your flight to arrive at West Kootenay Regional Airport (YCG). The transfer from and to this airport is available at an additional cost.
Students are asked to be in Christina Lake and available for the first class by 5 p.m. on December 4th.
Those that are flying and require a pick up at West Kootenay Regional Airport (YCG) will need to be picked up before 2 p.m. The cost for airport pick up in Castlegar is 50 CAD and from Kelowna 100 CAD.
