Accommodation

Casa Kula is the Guatemalan home of Coby and Ananda, two of Kula Collective co-founders. It is an eco-friendly and nourishing space, filled with all the comforts of home, including healing herbs, tropical fruits, loving animals, and warm smiles. Casa Kula is located in Tzununa, in the western highlands of Guatemala, with stunning views of the serene Lake Atitlan and her volcanoes seen through banana palms, avocado trees, and lush green coffee forests.

This grounding retreat space offers delicious vegetarian meals, daily yoga and meditation, a large temazcal sauna, a beautiful lake-view teakwood yoga platform, and flower-strewn ceremony and community areas as well as comfortable shared accommodation and glamping options. Enjoy the stillness and beauty of the mountains supporting you in your process as you relax into the embrace of a heart-centered community.

  • 06:30 - 08:30 Meditation and yoga asana class (art of practice)
  • 08:30 - 08:45 Smoothie and fruit
  • 08:45 - 10:15 Philosophy discussion (art of living)
  • 10:15 - 13:30 Brunch and personal sadhana
  • 13:30 - 14:30 Special topic, anatomy or ethics discussion (art of living / healing)
  • 14:45 - 17:45 Techniques class (art of teaching)
  • 17:45 - 19:00 Dinner
  • 19:00 - 20:00 Kirtan, sharing and meditation (art of healing - every other day)
  • 20:00 - 21:30 Studying or journaling in silence

Every 4th day of the 8-day cycle is a half-day, and every 8th day a full day of self-sadhana.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
