The beautiful ashram is situated on acres of pristine land, surrounded by nature. They offer a variety of yoga and meditation classes, as well as health and wellness retreats. The goal is to provide the guests with a complete mind, body, and spirit experience.

Program

Prenatal Yoga is meant for ensuring health of mother and baby during pregnancy and facilitating smooth childbirth process for women. This is a specialized Yoga Teacher Training Course designed for pregnant women. The course includes following:

  • 50 hours in-person course

It is a beautiful, serene location that is perfect for practicing yoga and meditation. The staff at the ashram are incredibly welcoming and they offer a variety of services to help you relax and rejuvenate. Food

When practitioners of Kundalini yoga eat food, they do so with the intention of nourishing their bodies and supporting their practice. The following is a description of some of the common foods that are eaten at a yoga ashram:

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Jolly Grant Airport (DED). Pick up from this airport is free of charge, which is provided by the ashram. Drop off to the airport is 1,000 INR, which is 15 USD.

If your flight arrives in Delhi in the night, you may ask the ashram for a taxi to reach the venue because there is no flight in the night to Dehradun. The taxi charge is 80 USD from Delhi airport and the same cost for the drop off.
