Yoga Teacher Training (2)
Kennedy Wilkinson is an E-RYT 200, based out of Yakima, Washington. Upon completing her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in Costa Rica in 2014, she opened the doors of Renú Hot yoga in February of 2015, where she has been teaching ever since. Her passion for yoga started in 2012, where she attended her first Hot yoga class and fell in love with the practice. Leaving her studies for becoming a personal trainer behind, she dove right into an intensive training to become a certified instructor. Since opening Renú Hot Yoga, she has been leading her own yoga teacher trainings in Yakima.

"Amazing yoga teacher training in Costa Rica"
The quality of the teachers, of the teachings, of the group, of the facility, the staff and of the location. Everything was perfect and wonderful. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

"Amazing teacher training in dreamy place right on the beach!"
I absolutely loved the entire experience from beginning to end. Kennedy is a very loving person and such a great yoga teacher! We also had two more teachers who taught Anatomy, yoga philosophy and also gave various classes. Truly took home so much knowledge, inspiration and motivation to teach yoga much more than I'd already planned on. The atmosphere was incredible, we were a very diverse group of all ages and origins, everyone was so respectful and every minute felt like 'come as you are', and we created such strong and beautiful friendships in these two weeks. The food was amazing, the location stunning & all together just exactly what I was looking for!

"STUNNING PRIVATE OCEAN RETREAT WITH A YYT CERTIFICATE"
The group was very small - 10 people, so very individual approach and a feeling of a little community, living together. The organizers created a non judgmental openminded atmosphere where we felt comfortable to share, cry, laugh, connect. The location is stunning, a house right at the ocean, almost washed by the high tide, empty private beach, luxury pool, bathtub, queen beds, AC. Cleaning lady who showed up every other day - but it was enough to still keep things very clean. Sweet local cooks who prepared local vegan specialities, fresh fruit, veggies. Nice outdoor covered place to practice next to the pool and an even better one at the nearby beach pavilion with a mesmerizing view. Despite this being the rainy season we got a lot of sunshine. Sweet teachers, young and energized, always smiling. I loved the journaling practice that we shared every morning and evening. Also, and this might be a pro or a con, the practice was focused a lot on the Hot 26 poses derived from Bikram style so I guess that would be what we would feel the most confident teaching after finishing this course.
