Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and more

This 200-hour yoga teacher training course is based on the Eight Limbs of Yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, and Yoga Nidra, and not just on the asana practice. There is a lot of emphasis placed on yamas, niyamas, pranayama, pratyahara, meditation techniques, and mindfulness too. This comprehensive curriculum covers yoga philosophy based on the Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, yogic lifestyle and ethics, yogic diet, anatomy, and physiology for yoga teachers and practitioners, among other topics related to the practice of cultivating a balanced life.

KW Yoga Teacher Training strongly encourages you to bring your own creativity, intuition, and spiritual experiences into your teaching styles. They don’t follow any religion or schema in their courses. At the end of the course, you will be ready to practice and to create your own Vinyasa flow and Hatha sequences with various themes. You will also have the benefit of exposure to other styles of asana practice, including Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra in order to develop your experience and knowledge of other yoga traditions and styles during the course.

Teaching, practice, methodology, and technique

“The best way to learn is to teach” - Frank Oppenheimer

This 200-hour yoga teacher training course will help you to deepen your connection with your inner being, your emotions, feelings, and thoughts. This process will enable you to teach from your heart and personal experience rather than just from mouth and memory. This yoga teacher training program is a practical training course designed to help you to become a confident and effective yoga teacher for all levels of students. By the end of the course, you will be able to teach mixed-level open yoga classes confidently. Since KW Yoga Teacher Training offers you a practical approach, there will be lots of opportunities for you to teach.

There will be lots of guidance on how to improve and enhance your teaching skills and how to plan and structure a class.
