In Bridget's sessions, you will be doing things that feel so amazing but giving you the challenge your mind and body need to sustain life. Her classes incorporate breath, nervous system training, childlike spontaneity, and intuition. In the sequences she taught you, your body goes through so many different chemical experiences. She hopes that health and well-being will become your new addiction; to feeling good not just looking good. She hopes that you will be leaving her classes feeling inspired and replace chiropractor, massage therapist, gym workout for her class.
