Training styles

Your classes will include multi-style yoga practice including Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and many other traditions of India. You will also be offered a brief on Yin, Mysore, and Kundalini yoga, during the course. In this manner, the student has an option of choosing their own style of yoga practice and teaching in future, something which suits their own personality.

Certifications

Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Registration with Yoga Alliance provides a globally recognized credential.

Location

This training will take place at the tranquil riverside location next to the Sadolxem Bridge in Sadolxem, Goa, India. Sadolxem is part of Canacona, which is a district in South Goa, India.

It is one of the very few undiscovered riverside properties in Goa and is still not commercialized, although it is very close to Patnem, Palolem and Agonda Beach, which are completely opposite. All these beaches and other local beaches are easily accessible by a tuk-tuk, cab, or bicycles.
