The course / hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
Connect deeply to your heart center as we explore the art of acupressure points, skillful cuing, smart sequencing for various ailments or simply to enhance health and wellness. You will explore the organs spirits, and emotions living in them, a journey into rematriating the body, of unraveling, embodiment, and soul nourishment. Includes the essentials of TCM, Taoism, advanced sequencing for Yin and acupressure points.

Eleanor is an E-RYT 500 and teacher trainer. She is an experienced osteopath and passionate yogi with thousands of hours of training, and 20 years of experience in various lineages including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Pilates. As an experienced bodyworker, she loves sharing her knowledge of anatomy and self-massage methods to optimize every single body’s well-being and function.
