It is a very important part of this training. Even people come with an intention that they will not teach but at the end of this training, they get so inspired that they want to share the knowledge of the East, so humanity can live healthy and happy life. So you set the intention of yoga practice, create a theme of the class, learn sequencing, mat formation, and the art of proper demonstration.

You will learn to observe the breath and body, what to teach and what not to teach to beginners and pregnant women etc. So there is a lot to understand and practice. During the anatomy class, students learn how to apply anatomy in the yoga class so people can be free from injuries.
