Kapil Sajwan is the head teacher of Mahakaal Yogpeeth. He began practicing yoga over eight years ago and has been teaching it since 2016. He started teaching during his first training and hasn’t stopped since! In addition to founding his yoga school, he teaches classes, events, and training in some countries. Kapil’s playful and passionate yoga teaching instills students’ confidence by finding their strengths. He prides himself on being raw and loving people and yoga. The essence of his teaching is in helping people find what lies beneath and forming connections all along the way.
