It was the best what I ever did. Learned so much there! The teachers are amazing. There were nothing boring or not interesting. They live what they teach and share with everybody from their hearts.

My girlfriend and I joined a Yoga class and we loved the experience. It was our first time doing Yoga and the teacher was patient and attentive at all times. We appreciate the care he took for us. He helped us with difficult postures without slowing down the pace of the class. At the end of the class, we noticed we could do many more postures than we initially could and thought and that felt really good. Next time we come to Rishikesh, we will surely come back here and try one of the Yoga courses!

I had the opportunity to study yoga here during October. The people really made what the course was, I was so grateful to be with such a keen and “all odd in their own way” bunch of yoga enthusiasts. We created a family life and it was a pleasure to share with them this intense experience. I really enjoyed the more “laid-back” schedual of having a break in the afternoon. I felt that it was much needed and enjoyed to take that time to myself. The food was good, simple and tasty. I knew it was made with love and that is what made it so nourishing. There were fresh veggies sometimes which was a nice change to oily and fried Indian food.

The facilities were average. On the school premises, there was no real community space (except for the dinning room and outside in the courtyard with the dried up pool). though we hung out in the courtyard between the small pumpkin plant, the parked motorcycle and the dried pool. The room my partner and I shared was nice (we had a balcony and a painted ceiling). Though do not expect a 5 star hotel- sometimes we didn’t have hot water and sometimes water went out as well (but ahhh it’s all part of the experience). Sleeping to the rush of the river below.... that was nice!

The training was full and I feel so equipped now to teach and to follow my Own practice. This training has given me such wonder filled tools.

I loved the Ayurvedic cleansing we did. They were a new and different experiences. I heard this is the only school that does vaman....!! Yashpalji was an amazing teacher, he really knows his Ashtanga well and explained it clearly. The occasional beach yoga outings we went on were new and refreshing, different to the yoga hall. It permitted to experience my practice on a different ground. All and all, it was a good experience. Good teaching and I feel equipped when I left. **the weather was just perfect!! ** I know from experience how hard it is to choose a yoga school..... and I can tell you how my experience was but in the end, so much is influenced by the people you are with and what you make of it. I cannot tell you this school is better or worse than an other because I haven’t experienced any other!

So just go for it!
