This yoga course is done with 200 hours contact and non-contact hours as per standard and guidelines set by Yoga Alliance USA, where there will be comprehensive lessons about eight limbs of Yoga, 64 yogic asanas, and pranayama which is the control of breathing practice, flow yoga position technique, bandha, Shatkarma kriya, mudra, yoga Nidra, mantra, chanting, and meditation. These huge parts of yoga will be practiced both in the theoretical and practical method.

The 200-hour yoga teacher training in Dharamsala program also comprises of the subjects such as yogic physiology & Anatomy and composition. The aspirants will be delivered with the Ashram way of life in order to teach the beginners to live an anxiety-free and blissful life. It is located just below the Gallu Devi Temple. Below, the town of Bhagshu nag has more modern attractions, including waterfall and many shops and hotels, but still, retains a spiritual side thanks to a 16th-century Sikh temple.
