I participated in a 3-week teacher training at Kathmandu Center of Healing, and really enjoyed and treasured my time there. The setting is spectacular and you truly feel lucky to practice yoga in such a beautiful, special place. The food is really, really good. The teaching style and approach to a teacher training is very different at KCH. You are not only learning about yoga. Additionally, you learn about energy healing, dietary information based on Ayurveda and individual health, and Thai Yoga massage which is great to have knowledge of as it helps with adjusting the yoga students. Nabin and the team of teachers at KCH use their wealth of knowledge to share with you. I am so pleased to decide to take part in this teacher training in Nepal. Beside training, we also visited Kathmandu city, its beautiful temples and met with the locals. We also had a chance to visit the surrounding countryside and local villages. I arrived home with a feeling of fulfillment, and ready to share this gift with others. Thank you for your hospitality and teaching and for making me feel at home. Namaste Craig

Every aspect of this holiday was fabulous. The KCH Team made us feel very welcome in this adventure. Nabin and Ajay were our guides, they had great knowledge and patience, and their experience with wild life and local customs added further interest. They are both incredibly patient and kind.

The yoga classes were wonderful, their sessions provided just the right balance of challenge and relaxation. It was a real novelty doing yoga in the outdoors with the lovely fresh mountain air. We had flexibility around our plans for each day, all preferences and abilities were accommodated.

The meals were delicious and plentiful and prepared daily with local fresh ingredients. We were very welcomed by the tea house hosts, who are run by local village ladies call ‘didi’s’, after a day of trekking the beautiful hills. The rooms in the tea houses were comfortable to have a peaceful nights sleep.

I’m looking forward to joining more of these great holidays with the KCH team, Nabin and Ajay. Thanks so much for your great service, looking after us and giving us such a life time experience which we will carry in hearts for a long time.

I have just completed the 200hr International Yoga Alliance Certified teacher training in Nepal. The teaching provided by Nabin at Kathmandu Center of Healing and all the other teachers and team were really knowledgeable, helpful and kind. It was the perfect balance between Nepalese eastern philosophy and western modalities. The premises itself is magical, surrounded by hills and forest, local villages and positive people. The daily meditations, chants, and prayers created a very peaceful energy. The food was so tasty and fresh, and all sourced locally. This is the beginning of my yoga teaching journey and I still have a lot to learn. But it gave me a solid foundation and confidence in my ability to teach and brought me a lot of physical and personal changes. Thank you Nabin, Anna, Ram and all members of KCH for passing on this wonderful gift of knowledge and looking after me every day.

What a fabulous holiday. Mountain air and beautiful surroundings, fresh and delicious food, surrounded by open-hearted and beautiful people. What else would I wish for? The experience of walks through the untouched trails, under the open blue sky and villages and interaction with the local villagers is a lifetime experience. The yoga and meditation sessions were mind-blowing, and I had the best massage ever with Nabin who is truly gifted in his profession. I thank you Nabin, Ram, and Ajay of Kathmandu Center of Healing for providing this beautiful experience. I will be back for more soon and would highly recommend you to my friends
