Online Yoga Teacher Training

Namaste yoga india is now at your home! This online RYT 200-hour course is Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher training course. Namaste yoga India offers an online training module that is the same as their residential RYT 200-hour and the content will be the same. All levels will be explained with variations properly. The classes will be online and at the end of the training module, a set of questionnaires will be sent to the candidates and an online practical exam will be done. After that, a certificate will be mailed to the candidate and you can start teaching on your own!

Pre-application requirements

  • The basic knowledge is necessary. But still, this course is taught from the very root of yoga so it's easy for you to understand that. The teachers are dedicated to sharing their knowledge with the students.
  • It is good to have a self-motivation throughout your practice. Your practice requires dedication, commitment, and discipline.
  • Zoom or Whatsapp application installed.
  • Your own mat and notebook are required at all the time.


Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

How the training works

There will be 150 contact hours during the course as well as 20 to 30 non-contact hours for self-study. The classes will be on Zoom or Whatsapp and you are requested to ask your queries at any time. At the end of the last week, there will be a practical and theoretical exam. The course will be done in a friendly environment of learning with dedicated teachers who have the best experience of yoga teaching for years. The online sessions will be accompanied by proper manuals on Google Drive.

  • This teacher training is provided in 2 ways: all live sessions or 10 live asana sessions and other prerecorded sessions which will help you to learn.
  • Classes start from 10:30 a.m. Indian time GMT (+5.5)

Yoga orientation ceremony will be a day prior to the commencement of the course duration.
