Pre-application required

There is no specific yoga background required for this course, your dedication is enough. This course is taught from the very root of yoga so it's easy for you to understand that. The teachers are dedicated to sharing their knowledge with the students. It is good to have self-motivation throughout your practice. Your practice requires dedication, commitment, and discipline. Please install the Zoom or WhatsApp application to attend the live sessions. Your own mat and notebook are required all the time.


Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

How the training works

All levels will be explained with the variations so that it would be easy for you to cope up with the class and according to your own limits. All theories and practical sessions will be explained. Students can start anytime after 48 hours of booking.

The classes will be on Zoom and you are requested to ask your queries at any time. At the end of the last week, there will be a practical and theoretical exam. The course will be done in a friendly environment of learning with dedicated teachers who have the best experience of yoga teaching for years. The online sessions will be accompanied by proper manuals on Google Drive.

This 200-hour online yoga teacher training invites every individual regardless of their personal experience in yoga. Flexible duration

This is a self-paced training session. You can extend your course for 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months, students who complete their training before 31st December 2023 are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
