The 500-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh is held over 2-months. It is for those who are willing to learn yoga teachings of traditional methods. The training builds a strong foundation for yoga practices holistically. Trainees will take 2 back-to-back training of 200-hour yoga teacher training followed by the 300-hour yoga teacher training. There will be a short break for your practice and self-study between the courses. Program

The 500-hour course is a complete yoga course where you will learn all aspects of yoga from beginner to advanced level. With this course you will be able to strengthen your knowledge, you will be eligible to teach yoga and open your own yoga teacher training school once you have enough teacher experience.

In this intensive 500-hour yoga training you will learn teaching techniques, pranayama breathing, yoga therapy, meditation, philosophy, yoga postures, etc.

Exam and Certification

The certification exam has been developed by Nirvana Yoga School's skilled and certified yoga teachers to recognize knowledgeable individuals in the fitness industry. Nirvana Yoga School follows the reliable and valid process of implementation and development of the exams. However, you must follow some rules to appear in the examination.

Candidates must complete all the training sessions for the 500-hour yoga training in Rishikesh. The training module, resources, and study materials will be provided by the school. The questions will include the basic yoga knowledge and asana practice taught during the course.

There is no specific qualification or previous experience needed to attend this course. However, 1-2 months of yoga practice is recommended before joining this course.

This YTT takes place in Rishikesh, India. Situated in the Natural surroundings, the school provides a stunning view of the Mountains. The Venue has a beautiful garden and artistic cafe where guest can spend their time, meditate and relax.

The school is situated in peaceful surroundings. The daily needs, cafe, restaurants, etc are available at a walking distance of 10 minutes.
