A fully equipped house with eight rooms will easily accommodate 20 guests. In Villa Flores, you are going to find many places where to rest, different terraces, among the garden with salted water swimming pool. There's a large table to fit up to 20 people to eat together, a fireplace for the days when you need more coziness, and a laundry room so you can wash if it's needed during your stay.

All the rooms are large to ensure enough space, for your stay to feel comfortable. Each room has an ensuite bathroom unless the mixed dorm, that has it's own bathroom outside the room. Please notice that the distribution of the rooms might change in the function of the group. A bathroom for each room makes the house perfect for community living. What you will find:

Program

During the course, you will learn the main changes that a woman experience over 40 weeks of pregnancy and how yoga can be practice during pregnancy, and the benefits of doing it. You will also learn effective use of props, alignment, how to structure a class, exploration of cueing, myofascial, and meridian line theory.

The example schedule is subject to change under the needs of students and the lead teacher. Please note that 12th February is the arrival day (afternoon and dinner meals are included) and 17th February is departure after lunch.

The kitchen offers vegetarian and wholesome meals. They use mainly locally sourced ingredients, based on the Mediterranean diet. The aim is to provide healthy, delicious food that allows you to progress in your yoga practice. Dietary requirements can be catered for, please notify Nydum on booking.

As much as possible Nydum chooses organic and local produce, minimizing the use of unsustainable produce in their cooking. Nydum is also very excited to see how their vegetable patches will evolve and are looking forward to using herbs and veggies directly from the garden into the cooking pot!

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) or Girona-Costa Brava Airport (GRO). Airport transfers are not included. If you wish, Nydum can put you in contact with other guests to share the costs of transport if you choose to rent a car or book a taxi.

There is the option of a shuttle on the arrival day from Barcelona for 30 EUR.
