The experts of Ayurveda and yoga will be there to help the students to imbibe these teachings with love and compassionate approach in their teachings.

The students of the teacher training program are accommodated in pleasant budget resort on middle cliff of Varkala Beach. Our ocean view location of the school is having few sea facing rooms which will provide a cozy heaven for students, with a view of the Arabian Sea, as the sun sets at the balcony. The school building is just at two minutes walk to the beach of the Varkala. The rooms have a spacious balcony, attached bathroom, ceiling fans and free Wi-Fi connectivity.

The ambiance of the location of the school will help to enjoy the peace and calmness all the time as it is away from any kind of disturbances of the urban life. The presence of great nature and solitude will be great opportunity for the self improvement and personal practice.


200 hours Ayurveda and yoga teacher training program is designed to meet the teaching standards of 200-hour Yoga Alliance recognized program. The course curriculum is based on traditional teachings of Ayurveda and yoga. Both the theory and practical on Ayurveda subject are provided as additional teachings with yoga teacher training course in Kerala due to the rich heritage and availability of the expertise wisdom of this subject in this location. Teachings of Ayurveda will be the basis of many therapeutical applications of yoga practices such as the concept of diet and lifestyle discipline for the health of mind and body.

The training program takes place in a beautiful, private peaceful premise on the middle cliff on the beach of Varkala. The training premise is Ayurveda beach resort which is well appointed with all the amenities necessary for a warm and comfortable stay during the course time. Large and well ventilated rooms are having the attached western style bathroom with hot and cold running water.

This calm and serine location is highly facilitating to the practice of relaxation, meditation, study and practice of yoga in the lap of the nature with excellent infrastructure facilities during the entire period of the course. The ocean view of the yoga shala in the North Cliff of Varkala beach is truly a great experience and opportunity to enjoy the bliss of the nature.

The age old traditional teachings of practices and principles of Ayurveda wisdom is experienced in its true sense in Kerala. The pleasant coastal town, Varkala is a spectacular tourism destination which is at distance of 50 KM from of Thiruvananthapuram. It is well known for its religious and rich cultural heritage. It is a place for rejuvenation and relaxation because of its ideal ambience to explore the natural beauty. The city enjoys an excellent look with sky blue sea with soaring cliffs along coastal line.

Varkala is also one of the main places of pilgrimage importance in Kerala. Ancient temple like Janardhan Swamy temple, Papanashini beach and Sivagiri Mutt are the places of spiritual tourism interest in the city.


During the course students will be provided three times delicious and nutritious freshly prepared vegetarian meals served in the garden which will be a good bonding experience for the students and can have a comfortable sit out during free time. Students will enjoy the culinary spices cultivated in Kerala for millennia which are used in the food preparation. They are characteristic of Kerala cuisine.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 28% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 20 days before arrival.
