La Sirena wellness center is an eco-resort, vegetarian restaurant, organic farm, yoga studio, and spa all in one. Their motto is to reuse, reduce, and recycle. Your shower and sink water are used to water the plants. The electricity comes from solar panels. The toilets are composting. The food scraps become compost and fertilizer for their gardens. The fruit and vegetables in their gardens become meals in their vegetarian restaurant.

Inside the cabana, the living area hosts high ceilings allowing the cool sea breeze to flow freely throughout. The bedroom comes with one queen or double bed, and/or one single or bunk bed, a large separate private bathroom with a standard or composting eco-toilet. Each eco cabana is complete with beautiful interior gardens surrounding an open sky shower. Outside these cabanas open onto a large terrace with seating & hammocks for relaxation.

It is a perfect place where you can just unwind, relax, and be present at the moment, flowing in the rhythm of the nature surrounding you, listening to the waves while meditating, and doing yoga.

Students who complete this training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
