The 300 Hours Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers wishing to deepen their understanding of the practice and theory of yoga. At this training, you will polish your teaching skills and learn how to take your yoga career to new heights. This training with an expert team of lead teachers will set you on an abundant path of yoga with body, mind, and spirit.
This newly opened Hõbekala Guesthouse is located on a tranquil and lush island of Hiiumaa in Estonia. This beautifully decorated guesthouse with the ambiance of Nordic minimalism is located on the serene and idyllic island of Hiiumaa in Estonia. Surrounded by pine forests and within walking distance from the Baltic Sea, it is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the practice and teachings of yoga to enhance your physical and spiritual growth.
The Nordic style guesthouse has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and comfortable with sheets, towels, soap, and weekly room cleaning included. You have a choice of booking a single bed in a shared quadruple or triple room or a private room all for yourself. Each room has a private shower and WC.
Students who complete their subsequent training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
Demonstration of advanced asanas and their variations, advanced teaching techniques and sequencing, advanced pranayama, different meditation techniques, chanting, mantra, and Sanskrit in yoga practice, the principles and different types of yoga.
Joints, muscles, and fascia in yoga practice. The body, hand and foot chakras, nadis, bandhas, and pranayama in anatomy.
Principles of demonstration, cueing, observation, assisting, correcting, and creative use of different yoga types. Group dynamics and supporting each student in a group. Running a successful yoga business.
Deeper understanding of yoga philosophy, yogic lifestyle, and ethics.
During the last week of the training, you will lead two 60 minute and two 90 minute classes.
This training lasts for 31 days in total. The first day of the course is dedicated to arriving at Hõbekala guesthouse in Hiiumaa, followed by the opening ceremony with dinner in the evening. The last day of the course will be dedicated to check-out and departing to the airport with the graduation ceremony being held the day before in the evening.
You will be waking up early every morning to feel the serenity of the nature surrounding you. This will ease your mind for early morning meditation and help you to get in touch with nature before the busy day ahead. You will have the Sundays off to relax, recharge, and explore the island.
All of the graduates will receive a media kit with professional photos and videos of themselves teaching and doing yoga to help them promote their yoga business.
Sunny is a Thai/Canadian Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 200 & RYT 500 yoga teacher and the lead teacher of our TTC. She is the owner of Sunny Yoga school in Koh Phangan, Thailand and has been teaching regular Vinyasa & Hatha based yoga classes for the past 7 years in India and Thailand.
Marta is an Estonian Yoga Alliance certified RYT500 yoga teacher and assistant asana teacher of the course. Marta is the founder and owner of Om & Flow yoga and has been teaching regular Vinyasa and Hatha-based yoga classes in Thailand and Estonia since October 2017.
Max is an Italian Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT500 yoga teacher with background in engineering and thermodynamics. At the turn of the millennium, Max was drawn to yoga. He discovered the benefit of this discipline to become healthy, strong, flexible, vibrant and experienced the mind dropping into a state of calm and clarity. Max´s teaching objective is to provide the students with the essence of the various styles: Hatha yoga, Jnana yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Bhakti yoga etc. Max has been learning and teaching yoga for decades and his expertise in the field is hard to beat.
In Hiiumaa, Estonia, you can unplug from your everyday routine and immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility delivered by vast pine forests surrounding you at every step. Hiiumaa almost feels as if it has never been discovered by humanity so you can wander in the empty forests and walk down the beach at sunsets in solitude which feels a lot like being in a constant state of meditation.
Enjoy vegan/vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared with love and dedication by the on-site chef who has polished his cooking skills by working with Michelin-star chefs around Europe. You can expect to have masterpieces like vegan fruit Pavlovas or homemade vegan ice-cream for dessert after dinner, healthy banana pancakes for breakfast on Sundays and seasonal local forest-picked mushrooms for dinner. Free drinking water and fruits for snacking are always available.
