Youll learn the proper adjustment of each posture and how to practice and teach yoga to beginners up to advanced practitioners.

Yoga practice

Your breath is the main source of life and you should aware that in each second you are taking inspiration for life. The breathe control give you tremendous benefits for your body, mind and emotion as well as giving you a longer life.

The yoga practice will be completed alone. Apart from the yoga practices, breathing exercise and meditation practice, you will learn tips on health including which asanas can give specific healing for some sickness. All those tips are very beneficial for you and your future students.

Learning by practical means and experimentation is best. However, if you have some theory or knowledge to add, you will see the best result and awareness.

There are lecture classes on the subject of pranayama (the yogic way of breathing-control), meditation theory about how to practice a successful meditation as well as its objective, problem, solution and benefits. Both pranayama and meditation are very helpful for body and mind healing. They are the best therapies. You will also learn about yogic diet from Ayurveda classes taught by Om Shanti Om Yogas best Ayurvedic teacher. In the course, you will also experience Om Shanti Om Yogas traditional Thai massage that will bring complete relaxation externally and internally. Yoga in Thailand

While physical and theory exercise can bring balance to the body and mind, you will also enjoy the retreat in culture-rich Bangkok. There are many places awaiting you to explore their knowledge by your own experiment and experience.

Bangkok has many naturally panoramic historical, spiritual and tranquilizing places to visit. You will get closer to nature to appreciate the best gift of God when you meditate before sunrise near the holy places. You will also be given a special pooja (prayer) with fire ceremony for your good blessing. This ritual is believed to be able to remove bad energies, give you peace of mind, balance your mind, remove the sorrows and keep you happy and healthy. The fire ceremony will take place for 2 hours along with the fire offering, mantra chanting and flowers offering f the holy temples.

During the course, you will learn some important mantras chanting, which can give you happiness and remove sickness.

This 4 week course will be full of activities, learning, exploring, and experimenting. It will be fun, high-spirited, and leisurely. It will remain as a meaningful and memorable trip in your heart forever.

By the end of the course, you will be entertained by an Indian classical music concert. On the last day, a closing ceremony prayer (pooja) will be performed and certificates will be given.
