Special class every Saturday

The first week, you will have an Ayurveda special lecture about Dosha, nutrients, and food in the yogic point of view as well as a lesson in self massage which will last for three hours.

In the second week, you will learn Hatha flow taught by the lead trainer who will introduce to you different sequence of flow such as standing flow or sitting flow for two hours.

During the third week, the theme will be alignment and adjustment, where you will learn coordinating with yoga anatomy. It will deepen your understanding of asana and body movement with demonstration, theory, and power-point presentation

In the last week, you will get an extensive teaching session that will upgrade your teaching skill, verbal and non-verbal expressions, mindful approach to people with respect, awareness, and responsibilities. You will experience Indian culture; fire puja and fire ceremony in the beginning and ending of the each course.

Yoga anatomy

The syllabus for yoga anatomy includes the skeletal system, nervous system, respiratory system, endocrine system, muscular system, and the basic knowledge of Ayurveda.

Shatveer Singh Rana
Traditional Hatha yoga teacher, Shatveer Singh Rana has been in yoga since the age of 15. He started studying in Sivananda. More than 9 years of teaching overseas and India gave him a great opportunity to learn about different individual and found out how to approach asana to individual body condition. Yogi Shatveer has truly dedicated himself to yoga. He loves to tell students that anything they attained very quickly, will disappear very quickly, which means that when you spend more time to learn a thing, it will be yours forever.
Kelly Lee
Kelly Lee is teaching Yoga Anatomy which class is specially designed for functional way of understanding Asana, Pranayama, and Energy in human body. After teaching the asana practice to her students over the years, Kelly realized that there was needs in students to focus on limitations and strengths by further understanding bone structures, muscles, tissues and the mind-body connection. Students will clearly understand about the concept of the necessity of studying anatomy in Yoga. Om Yoga academy offers a complete course manual which students can refer in the class.



The price of the package includes three daily meals. The food will be strictly vegetarian food prepared by an experienced cook. The menu can be various due to the seasonal ingredients. The food are mainly Indian cuisine and a mixture of Asian cuisine. The food is prepared with filtered water and a hygienic way of cooking.
