The Chakra System

The Chakras are 7 wheels of energy and consciousness, located along the central axis of the body, along the spine. They underlie and influence every aspect of our being-physical, energetic, mental and emotional. We can work with these chakras through yoga practices and feel more balanced, centred and aware, therefore feeling more revitalized.

In this balancing and rejuvenating training-retreat we will explore and work on each of the Chakras intensively- each day clearing, balancing and activating through yogic practices. Upon completion of this two-week course, you will be certified 100 hs by Yoga Alliance International which you can add to your existing certification or move towards a 200hs certification.

Arrival date is Sunday. Yoga course starting Monday 08:30 at Yoga Shala. Departure date Sunday. Sundays, arrival and departure days are free days. Meals are not provided on free days.

Location

This training will be held at Paros Yoga Shala in Naoussa, Greece. Naoussa is surrounded by orchards and vineyards and the area is as famous for its wine and jam as well as its annual international film festival.

Food

Vegetarian brunches are included in the package. In the evening we will take a short walk to beautiful Open Garden Restaurant for a delicious dinner chef Elda Molla will prepare for us. Meals are not provided on free days (Sundays, arrival day, and departure day).

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Paros National Airport (PAS). You can fly to Athens International Airport (ATH) with Easyjet or Ryanair and then fly to Paros National Airport (PAS) with Aegean Airlines.

Arrival by bus

A bus shuttles from Athens International Airport (ATH) to Piraeus port is available every 20 minutes (costs approximately 10 EUR). From there, you can take a boat to Paros.

Arrival by ferry / boat

You can take a boat from Piraeus port to Paros. Fly to Athens, arrive before noon so you can take the bus to the Piraeus port and catch the 17:30 ferry to Paros. Boats depart daily from Piraeus at 07.25 and arrive to Paros at 11.40 & 17:30 arriving to Paros at 21:45. Boats depart daily from Paros at 19.15 and arrive Piraeus at 23.15.
