You will empower your own life, awaken to new perspectives and develop a strong Integral foundation in traditional yoga from Patanjali to Krishnamacharya, combined with science and modern developments, transforming and advancing your yoga practice. Our approach is transformational, therapeutic, anatomical and bioenergetic.

Our focus is on Transformational Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Yoga. We balance with Yin Yoga, explore breath in the organic movement, bioenergetic alignment. We awaken the senses and through practices in Nature, as part of our weekly schedule. Daily Meditation, Mantra, Mudras, Pranayama, Joint clearing, and Yoga Nidra are integrated within the practice. Morning Theory daily, Iyengar & Anusara approach alignment classes. Sundays are free.

Our Transformational Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC) are certified by Yoga Alliance International, take place in special retreat settings and are suitable for those wishing to become teachers, existing teachers’ continuing professional development (CPD) or simply for your own self transformation and purification. Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Paros National Airport (PAS). You can fly to Athens International Airport (ATH) with Easyjet or Ryanair and then fly to Paros National Airport (PAS) with Aegean Airlines. You should arrive in Athens before noon so you can take the bus to the Piraeus port and catch the 17:30 ferry to Paros.

Arrival by bus

A bus shuttles from Athens International Airport (ATH) to Piraeus port is available every 20 minutes (costs approximately 10 EUR). From there, you can take a boat.

Arrival by ferry / boat

You can take a boat from Piraeus port to Paros. Boats depart daily from Piraeus at 07.25 and arrive to Paros at 11.40 & 17:30 arriving to Paros at 21:45. Boats depart daily from Paros at 19.15 and arrive Piraeus at 23.15.
