This course for those wanting to deepen their understanding and knowledge of Yoga, become Yoga Teachers & develop an integrated personal practice. We offer a comprehensive teacher training program on achieving personal well-being through yoga and Ayurveda.

An Integral foundation in traditional yoga from Patanjali to Krishnamacharya, combined with science and modern developments. You will develop greater awareness, gain fluidity of breath and flexibility of the spine.

Through a Mandala of practices that vary from empowering and strengthening to rejuvenating and healing we guide you first to develop awareness through the body and energetic alignment through the breath. We teach yoga addressing each individuals body-mind type. Our style is a yoga flow, as movement meditation, finding inner stillness within the movement. Our approach is Integral, therapeutic (healing) and both anatomical and bio-energetic.

Syllabus

Our Transformational Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC) are certified by Yoga Alliance International, take place in special retreat settings and are suitable for those wishing to become teachers, existing teachers’ continuing professional development (CPD) or simply for your own self transformation and purification. Our teacher training course has met the stringent requirements set by Yoga Alliance Professionals. Our graduates are trained to the highest standard and are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance Professionals. Please book your flight to arrive at Paros National Airport (PAS). You can fly to Athens International Airport (ATH) with Easyjet or Ryanair and then fly to Paros National Airport (PAS) with Aegean Airlines.

Arrival by bus

A bus shuttles from Athens International Airport (ATH) to Piraeus port is available every 20 minutes (costs approximately 10 EUR). From there, you can take a boat.

Arrival by ferry / boat

You can take a boat from Piraeus port to Paros. Boats depart daily from Piraeus at 07.25 and arrive to Paros at 11.40 & 17:30 arriving to Paros at 21:45. Boats depart daily from Paros at 19.15 and arrive Piraeus at 23.15. For more details, go to www.bluestarferries.com
