Program

This practice includes the powerful practice of visualization to attain a fulfilled life by going to the root of the mind. It also includes script writing and understanding symbolic language, the language of the subconscious mind. In this practice, techniques are learned how to withdraw the conscious mind and imprint healing suggestions directly into the subconscious. They remain in the subconscious to transform the one who sees, we then experience a fulfilled life and live in contentment regardless of what is going on in the world around you.

The world as you know it has changed dramatically over the last few years. Although some of the events have faded somewhat into the distance, their actual fears have been imprinted in the deep recesses of the subconscious mind of every person in the world and have taken the number of people suffering from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and similar psychosomatic disorders soaring to highest levels than we have ever encountered on the planet. It has left people feeling desperate, alienated, and fragmented in darkness, pain, and hopelessness.

This is being amplified by the acceleration in solar activity and geomagnetic storms taking place, which is affecting everyone's magnetic fields. The subconscious mind is the storehouse of every memory and moment from your life, positive or negative, and holds every scar of the traumatic events you have endured. This creates your persona: how you see and relate to life, react to it, and experience life.

The trainer has been practicing and teaching yoga Nidra for over two decades and successfully used the material, firstly for her self-healing and then in workshops, retreats, and yoga teachers' training courses globally. She believes it is time to go beyond Asana (posture exercise) into the full eight limbs of yoga, and healing your mind and emotions. What some are not aware of is that we are multidimensional beings of gross and subtle bodies, which include:

  • The gross body - the physical body
  • The energy body - emotions
  • The subtle body - mind, intellect, memory, and ego
  • The causal body - good and bad karma
  • The soul body - soul

You need to understand each dimension of yourself, the operation of each one, and the absolute power of each one, so you can bring them into functioning in harmony with each other. At this point, they are in disharmony and clashing with each other, which leaves humankind feeling, as mentioned, overwhelmed, hopeless, fragmented, and in darkness and pain. This is so only because most people do not know about their subtle body, or how to maintain, your “complete” anatomy of mind, body, emotions, and intentions, to see from the soul. You are only familiar with your physical body.

This course is to enlighten all, in a simple form, of their multidimensional existence and to share techniques on how to maintain and stimulate all bodies to work in harmony. This is so you can purify your thoughts and feelings into high vibrations of belief, hope, peace, and love, thereby transforming the person who sees to the observer. The problems are not outside yourself; they start in your mind and intentions, how you see and react to things in the world around you. This partially comes from the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind does not know the difference between fact and fiction and takes everything that it is presented with as fact. The subconscious mind can be purified from all scars of traumatic experiences, and old beliefs that no longer serve you. Your outlook on life can also be changed if you imprint suggestions directly into it without going through the conscious mind. The subconscious mind does not understand human language.

Its language is symbolic pictures and specific words, which create feelings in the form of vibration which is the language and nourishment of the subconscious mind and includes repetition. The sages of the past have taught the ancient secret, from 5000 BC, the old practice of turning your focus within, using the scientific techniques of the mind to silence its restless thoughts so you can live in lasting peace and contentment.

Lasting inner peace, of mind and emotions, is what humankind has been in search of for many thousands of years, and most still are. Inner peace is attained when your thoughts, feelings, intentions, and words are purified to that of love. Your thoughts, feelings, and words are your tools to create or manifest your lives and hence to create your ultimate reality.

Driving directions from Durban

  • Take the N3 towards Pietermaritzburg.
  • Take the Camper Down off-ramp.
  • At the top of the off-ramp, turn left.
  • Follow the road for about 3 kilometers to a T-junction.
  • Turn left onto the R603 toward Umbumbulu.
  • Pass Tala Game Reserve and Eston Farmers Club
  • After about 15 kilometers, you will pass a Caltex garage on your left at the Eston crossroads.
  • You are 5 kilometers from the Pathways sign, continue along the R603.
  • After about 5.5 kilometers, you will see a signpost Pathways Country Yoga Retreat.
  • Turn left at this sign off the R603 and proceed along a gravel road.
  • The road will come to a fork.
  • Take the left side of the split.
  • Follow the rocks with white painted arrows on the side of the road.
  • Before the T- junction, there is a rock with a white arrow turn left.
  • Follow the rocks with white painted arrows.
  • At the T- junction, turn right.
  • Follow this road until you come to a small signpost Yoga Retreat via the right cross between the poles and via the left.
  • Proceed with this road until you come to the homestead front gate.

  • Proceed along the N3 in the direction of Durban.
  • Take the R603 Umlaas Road / Umbumbulu / Richmond off-ramp.
  • Follow the Umbumbulu sign on the R603.
  • Proceed down the R603 towards Umbumbulu.
  • After about 15 kilometers, you will pass a Caltex garage on your left at the Eston crossroads.
  • You are 5.5 kilometers from the Pathways sign, continue along the R603.
