Tiskita Lodge

The 15 little houses surround the lodge and are nestled in the jungle allowing the guests to experience the robust amount of wildlife all from the comfort of your front porch hammock. The guests constantly report spotting titi and capuchin monkeys, agoutis, coatis, macaws, toucans, and so many more.

There will be no need to hike into the jungle because staying at Tiskita means that you are already there.

The Cabins

The cabins are spread out around the lodge and landscaped to ensure privacy. Tiskita’s small number of cabins also helps to ensure privacy.

Each cabin is surrounded by trees that attract birds, butterflies, monkeys, and other wildlife, making the cabins’ decks often one of the best spots to relax and watch the wildlife go by.

The Rooms

The rooms are either in single, double, or triple occupancy. The cabins were built using precious woods like Mahogany, Purpleheart, and Rosewood. The wood was collected over the years mostly from trees that fell down in Tiskita. All cabins are only a few minutes walk away from the lodge, the rainforest, and the beach.

300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program

You will have the opportunity to develop a practical project geared toward your future classes, workshops, retreats, or others. You will be sharing your creative ideas in order to put them into action.

During the length of the three modules you will have the opportunity to work specifically with a topic of your choice of interest and passion, then develop it further and apply all the teachings you are learning into concrete form.

Some examples of projects are creating a retreat, a workshop, planning for your own yoga studio, the logistics of being a traveling yogi, yoga projects based on specific audiences such as women, men, and children, yoga for injuries, sports, healing, and more

During module 3 you will have to present your project or class to all students and to the teachers, which applies specifically to the teachings studied during the training. If you are unsure of your project idea, Pranaluz will support you in this journey and help you find some inspiration to connect you with your passions and what you love most doing, that place where you feel you could be good and of service to others. In the meantime, if you have a general idea, a theme, or a topic of inspiration, just let it sit with you now, and don’t worry about it, Pranaluz will work with it during the training.

Please note that the final presentation is a requisite for graduation on Module 3 and for the 300-hour certification. No music class, massage, dance class, nor audio only or videos are allowed. Your leadership and presentation requirements need to involve you personally teaching it
