Accommodation is arranged in an ashram like setting, giving you the opportunity to relax, in the serene and peaceful set-up of Centre de meditation l'Albe, but above all take a creative break from your routine and entanglements of life.

Centre de meditation l'Albe, is an old Catalan manor house "mas des albères", surrounded by farmland and beautiful horses. An estate of 60 acres of blue grassland 2 kilometers from the Mediterranean. Rich alluvial soil. Sunshine and mild climate even in winter time (can be windy at times). Panoramic views of the Pyrenees. A quiet area in a green environment on the left bank of the river Le Tech. Centre de Meditation l'Albe also breeds and trains horses on the best conditions, with respect, care, and love. The Facilities designed for yoga and meditation as well as the welfare of horses.


The diet is local, simple, and healthy. The yoga teacher training is plant-based diets with optional dairy on the side,

such as cheese, milk, yogurt and butter, and eggs. They are food lovers and they love to feed people! They will be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus teas, fruits, and snacks between!
